At BodyScape Spa, we make every effort to make our clients as happy as possible. All service sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds for individual services and service packages. In the event, we are unable to provide a service paid for in advance, an alternate service(s) will be offered. If the client refuse this alternate service(s), a full refund in the form of a credit note or gift card will be offered. Cash back is not available.

At BodyScape Spa, we work with our clients to choose the best products based on their skincare needs. There are no refunds on opened or unopened products unless a medically proven allergic response is determined by a physician. In the event of a medically proven allergic reaction, we welcome your slightly used product as a return within 10 days of purchase. You may choose another product or get a full refund in the form of credit note, gift card. Cash back is not available.

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A failure on the part of client to abide by this policy may result in said client being charged a 'No Show' fee of up to 100% the value of the appointment. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable, so when you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
