Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A failure to arrive for your appointment without notifying us at least 24 hours prior will be classified as 'NO SHOW'. Clients who NO SHOW may upon the discretion of Spa Manager, be charged a 'No Show' fee of up to 100% the value of the appointment.
Please remember, while the time of our clients is extremely valuable, so is that of our staff. If you fail to show for an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
