Returning an online purchase
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This applies for Skincare products only.
The Bodyscape Earth Limited reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which do not meet the eligibility criteria.
To be eligible for a return:
1) the item must be not physically damaged from dropping or mistreatment
2) the packaging and/or product is faulty or you have had a reaction to the product (photographic evidence may be required)
3) your slightly used product as a return within 10 days of purchase
4) the item was purchased online at our official store (www.bodyscapeja.com), at one of our spa locations or in the EPPE Store
If you purchased your products from a stockist of Bodyscape Earth Limited, you are bound under that retailer’s Returns and Exchanges
Policy and must return to place of purchase for assessment.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
If you meet the eligibility criteria above and would like to return your product, please contact email@example.com and state the Order number and reason for return.
Please include whether you are requesting a credit note or replacement item. Cash back is not available.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund/replacement after inspecting the item within 5 working days.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or generate a new Sales order to ship your replacement item.
Please allow 3 working days for the refunds to be approved.
Return Shipping Costs
Once you have notified us of your wish to return the item for assessment and we approve the return, we will send details to your email address on how to return the item at our cost.
